Roy M. Doppelt has led a distinguished academic and legal career. His accomplishments include being an Honored Member of Stanford's Who Who: Black Book for 2009-2010; a Semi Finalist in the San Diego Daily Transcript for Top Attorneys 2009 in Family Law; AVVO rated "Excellent" as of May 6, 2009, Featured in San Diego Magazine 2009 April "Lawyers and Law Firms You Need to Know", Quoted in Money Magazine 2009 March Special Report, Settlement Conference Judge in El Cajon Family Superior Court on September 17, 2008, Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which was given in Recognition and Appreciation for Outstanding Commitment to the Protection of Children and Knowledge of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction in 2007, given a Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell in 2006 for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability, graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California with many honors and awards including the Dean's Award, Special Recognition for Outstanding Service on the Advocacy Honors Board, recognized by University of San Diego School of Law for Professional Achievement on the Appellate Moot Court Board, National Order of the Barristers and Who's Who Among American Law School Students as well as an Illinois State Scholar in High School and Who's Who Among American High School Students.

Mr. Doppelt is a founding partner in Pinkerton, Doppelt & Associates, LLP and practices in the areas of family law and estate planning and makes court appearances in all courts in San Diego County.
