Linda Vista, California

Linda Vista is a community in San Diego that is home to a variety of educational institutions including the University of San Diego. Linda Vista lies to the north of Mission Valley and east of Mission Bay. Most of the residential community in Linda Vista was established in 1940, as part of a government project to build residences for war effort workers. Linda Vista also saw the birthplace of the first mall-like shopping center in the United States. This shopping center was dedicated by Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt.

Linda Vista residents have their probate case needs covered by the Madge Bradley Courthouse in San Diego. This building is located on 1409 Fourth Avenue and the courthouse also hears divorce and domestic violence cases.
